How do I contact you?
You can contact us by using the mail form on our “Contact” page.
I placed an order but I haven't got any notification.
Please check on your spam folder as sometimes e-mail providers might block our e-mails.
What payment methods are available?
Payment can be accepted through Paypal. You can pay with any of the most commonly available credit cards (eg. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, etc.). Your payment will be securely processed. We do not have access to your financial information.
If you experience any trouble during your payment, please dont hesitate to contact us.
I don’t have a Paypal account and I don’t want to create one.
You don’t need a Paypal account for your payment. You just select Paypal as payment method and you will be given the option to pay with a credit card without a Paypal account.
I have written my shipping address incorrectly. what can I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If we haven’t shipped your order, we will be able to correct the address immediately.
In the event that your order has already been shipped, we will contact Japan Post to find a solution.
Can I return order products?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you
receive a defective item, please contact us, with details of the product and the defect.
How can I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number for your order as soon as we ship it to you. With this number you can track your package on our tracking page (linked to Japan Post). You can also track your order with your local post service once the package enters your country.
Do I have to pay custom fees/taxes when receiving my order?
Import duties and taxes fees are not included in the product price and shipping cost. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. You should check with your country’s customs office to determine if you will get charged an import fee and how much it will be before placing your order.
How much would custom duties, GST (Goods & Services Tax), and VAT (Value-Added-Tax) cost?
We are unable to estimate the tax or custom duties concretely. However, from our experience, orders to the US may get charged up to 10% once the overall value surpasses $200.
The above example is just for reference and we can not guarantee that these figures will be accurate. We recommend for you to directly contact the international customs office in your country if you need more concrete answer.
How much will shipping cost ?
*Free shipping worldwide on order over 10,000yen
*Flat Rate Shipping for orders less than 10,000yen
You shouldn’t have to buy the farm to get a deal on shipping. So if your order is less than 10,000yen, we only charge 1,000yen flat rate for your order.
Is there any insurance or purchase protection my package ?
Yes, parcel insurance is automatically added to your order. Also you will be covered under the Paypal purchase protection.
Is it possible to order a product that is not listed on the web site?
We do our best to meet any wishes that customers may have, so please contact us and ask any questions.
The image on the website is not exactly the same as the product I received
As many of the products are handmade, there is a possibility that the image on the website is not 100% identical to the actual look of each item. However we consider this to be wonderful! A unique product for each client. Still, we can guarantee the same quality for all the products.
